Rainbow ERP is designed as a role-based institution management system. We collect data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the ERP services provided to your institution. This includes:

Institutional Data: Configuration, hierarchies, and module settings.
User Data: Staff, student, and guardian profiles necessary for academic and administrative functions.
Financial Data: Fee collections, payroll, and accounting summaries (processed securely and encrypted).

2. Data Security & Storage

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your institutional data:

Multi-tenant architecture ensures your institution's data is strictly isolated.

3. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Rainbow ERP adheres strictly to role-based access. Users within your institution will only have access to the data permitted by their designated roles (e.g., Super Admin, Principal, Teacher, Accountant). Skyllx support staff do not have access to your raw data without explicit, temporary authorization from your Super Admin.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information or institutional data. This does not include trusted infrastructure partners who assist us in operating our platform, so long as those parties agree to keep this information strictly confidential under DPA (Data Processing Agreements).
